AgentForge provides a platform for building, deploying, and managing AI agents. Our services include a visual builder, API access, hosting infrastructure, and related tools. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account

6. Payment and Billing
Paid services are billed in advance on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees. We may change our pricing with notice to you. Refunds are provided only as specified in our refund policy or as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
